  • Can I cancel or change my Furniture order?

    We care about getting your order started right away and therefore all online orders will allow a 3 days from the date of purchase to cancel or change. If cancelled within 3 days of the purchase date, we will provide a full refund. If you decide to change your order within 3 days of the purchase date, we will apply the amount toward the new item and then collect or refund the difference.

  • Can I return my Drift Furniture piece?

    All of our Drift Furniture pieces are made to order and therefore we cannot accept any returns.

  • What if I don't like the color of my Furniture piece?

    Harwoods carry natural variations and each furniture piece will be unique and one of a kind with their color and grain characteristics. If you need more assistance in identifying the perfect color and wood variety for your space, please reach out and we can schedule an appointment to come to our shop and look at samples.

  • What type of finish is used on a Drift Furniture piece?

    We use top of the line and quality finishes for all of our products. Online orders will be completed with a natural and non toxic hard wax oil that is food safe. Custom orders will have a choice between a natural, non toxic hard wax oil or an ultra-durable conversion varnish.

  • How do I care for my Drift Furniture piece?

    We recommend using natural cleaners with no harsh chemicals to help preserve the beauty and durability of your furniture piece.

  • Do you provide shipping?

    We currently only provide shipping for our merchandise and smaller homewares. We do not currently provide shipping for furniture pieces, but are hoping to in the near future. We do deliver free of charge within a 30 mile distance from our shop and can provide you with a delivery estimate if needing delivery outside of the 30miles in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania or Virginia.
