Our furniture is custom built using all solid wood with no veneer applications. We use a variety of wood species including White Oak, Walnut, Maple, Hickory, Ash, Cedar and Sapele, while also being open to any other wood species that the customer might desire for their custom piece of furniture. 
Drift is unique in that we strive to repurpose downed local trees or trees that a homeowner would like remove, to create our one of kind pieces. If you have a downed tree in your yard or a sentimental tree on your property, we can mill the tree and use that wood to create something beautiful for you. No trees on your property to use, no problem. Our saw mill operation and network with local wood suppliers allows us to find the right wood species for your project.
